Have you ever been on Facebook, start a chat and then realize its not them online but their better half on your friend’s wall instead?

If you are logged in to your spouse’s page (because you don’t have a page of your own), and you see my chat note pop up please take this advice:

  1. Don’t get nervous and pretend you are your wife.
  2. Don’t pretend you are not online. Please use the chat button to go offline.
  3. Don’t ignore me as I will worry that I am not important to my friend anymore. (It’s all about me! LOL)

You don’t have to have a complete page, play Mafia Wars , Farmville or send pretend gifts to have a Facebook page.

Simply post your photo, write your name and find a few friends! Log in when you can and look around, comment on a few friends notes , update your own status. When you see me online, say “hi” in the chat box! Done.

It can be overwhelming with all the applications and settings you can choose from. However, you not have to be so overwhelmed that you don’t start at all.

  4. That’s funny. Do people still do that? Sneak on their spouse’s account, I mean.
